A lot of people have given up hope that Gina Carano will be returning to the cage. With her role in the upcoming installment of “Fast and the Furious” already filming and several other projects to go; it looks like she will be too busy to train; let alone promote a fight.
Carano told Robin Roberts of “EspnW: In the Game” that she is looking for a more creative and challenging outlet at this time in her life, but MMA would not be out of the question in the future. She wants to prove that a female athlete can make the transition to action star.
Carano also stated that she is proud of the sport and all that it has accomplished so far. She still wants to help other female fighters live their dreams as well, but after she has accomplished her goals.
