If you are in Europe and can’t make it to the G3 in the U.S.; you’re in luck. Two of the best fighters out of England will be holding seminars in July and August.
Top European featherweight Danielle West will have a seminar in London July 22 that will help you focus on take downs, cage control, top position, and your MMA game in general.
As a grappler, she is a multiple time Grappler’s Quest winner and has one of the most wicked flying armbars around (see below).
