It’s old school versus new school as the last preliminary bout sees New Mexico’s young gun Angelica Chavez takes on veteran fight Nicdali Rivera-Calanoc.
For Chavez (4-1), this will be the first time she fought outside her home state of New Mexico. Hoping to make an impact of the national scene, she is coming off a split decision loss to Diana Rael. All of Chanez’s pro wins came via submission.
Like Chavez, Calanoc (7-6) is coming off a loss. She lost to #7 Unified ranked strawweight Amy Davis at InvictaFC 1. With over 6 years of experience under her belt, Calanoc will be a true test for Chavez’s debut on the national scene.
