Two international featherweights are ready to climb the ladder in the second main card match. Canada’s Julia Budd will take on Sweden’s Elina Nilsson.
Budd (2-2) is currently ranked #8 in the Unified rankings, and is coming off a loss to Ronda Rousey. The Strikeforce fighter holds a kickboxing win over Gina Carano.
Nilsson (2-2) is on a two fight win streak, defeating Danielle West spring of last year.
This will be the first fight outside of her native country. With both having excellent striking credentials, the fight should prove to be a slug fest.
