After Julie Berezikova could not secure a visa for her bout with Colleen Schneider, Spanish fighter Karla Benitez has been announced as Schneider’s new opponent for the Super Fight League 6 card in India Oct. 26 card.
Benitez (7-3) is coming off a win over Britain’s Emma Watson, snapping a three fight losing streak and finding more success at a higher weight of 125 pounds. She has faced some of the best in the strawweight division, including Megumi Fujii and Katja Kankaanpaa.

Schneider (2-4) has also found a home at 125, gaining a victory over England’s Cherie Buck at SFL 2 this past April to snap her three fight winning streak.
The fight will stream live and free on the Super Fight League’s Youtube Channel starting at 8:30 a.m. pacific/11:30 a.m. eastern on Oct. 26.
