One of the quickly rising stars in the bantamweight division will be returning to the cage after a one year absence.
Undefeated Canadian Sheila Bird (2-0) will face Christina Barry at Aggression Fighting Championship in Calgary, Alberta , Canada Friday Nov. 2.
A BJJ black belt Bird has yet to see the second round, having two TKOs to her credit. Her last fight, she choked out Kim Couture with a leg scissor choke in under two minutes. Bird also is a multiple time world champion in submission grappling.
Barry is a BJJ brown belt and is coming off a debut loss to Sarah Moras.
No word on if this will air or stream.
