Undefeated and yet to see the second round, BJJ black belt turned MMA fighter Sheila Bird is returning from injury to take on Christina Barry at Aggression Fighting Championship in Calgary, Alberta , Canada Friday Nov. 2.
Bird will talk to us about coming back to the cage, helping coach other Canadian fighters, and the relationship between judo and BJJ.
