The mega-fight between Cecilia Brækhus and Holly Holm will happen, by hook or by crook according to the WBC.
WBC Welterweight champ Brækhus (21-0) has been gunning for Holm since last July, and issued a video challenge in December to Holm (32-2-3) which was accepted pending terms. Holm’s management was skeptical about coming to an agreement with Brækhus’s for a possible July fight in Vegas, but the WBC has stated the two sides need to come to an agreement by Feb. 15, or else the WBC will conduct a purse bid at the its headquarters in Mexico City.
The match will be for the WBC Diamond title and Brækhus’s WBC Welterweight belt. No word of if any more belts will be on the line.

Cecilia will likely take on St. John first.
If/when she fights Holm, I like Cecilia by decision.
