Tito Ortiz – “Cyborg Wants Out of her UFC Contract”

The Cyborg-UFC storyline  has taken an interesting turn as Santos has asked for her release from Zuffa according to her manger Tito Ortiz.

After admitting that 135 wasn’t going to be a possibility for the former Strikeforce featherweight champ, Ortiz stated on Inside MMA they were looking at a four fight deal, with the forth fight being a non-title match with Rousey at a catchweight of 140. The UFC wanted Cyborg to do one or two matches at Invicta before her UFC debut.

If Cyborg does leave, InvictaFC would be the place to go, with international fights in Brazil and Japan also possibilities.
