With the lack of video coverage of women’s sports, one company has decided to take the matter in its own hands.
The Sports Channel for Women will have its official launch April 1 with live 24/7 coverage of exclusively women’s sports. The channel is internet based, with sporting events, original programming, scores and news available from computers, laptops, cell phones, tablets, gaming consoles and connected TVs. The Austin based company will create original content, and also publish articles and blogs covering many different sports.
There is no word on what some of the shows will be. We will keep you informed.
