Celina Haga to Make US Debut Against Natasha Creger in June


Staple of the Japanese MMA scene Celine Haga will take her first steps into an American cage June 14 against Natasha Creger at Global Knockout at Jackson, CA .

Haga (5-12) has had an historic comeback starting in 2012, winning four straight fights before losing a split decision to Sadae Numata in the DEEP-JEWELS atomweight tournament finals. Haga has relocated to Jackson’s MMA in Albuquerque, NM to train with the likes of Julie Kedzie and InvictaFc champ Michelle Waterson.

Creger (1-1) is coming back after a four year absence from the sport, having an armbar win over Jennifer Moran in 2010. She is part owner of Chute Box USA in Long Beach, CA.

No word on if the fight will be streamed.
