It has been a long 14 months since we saw Juliana Pena’s debut in the octagon, and the TUF 18 winner is looking to stake her claim in the bantamweight division. She will take on Russian Milana Dudieva at UFC Fight Night in Fairfax, Virginia April 4.
Pena (5-2) submitted two of her three opponents on TUF 18 before getting a first round TKO in her official octagon debut over fellow finalist Jessica Rakoczy. A knee injury sidelined Pena for over a year.
Dudieva (11-3) will be a tough test for Pena, having won three straight. She defeated Pena’s teammate Elizabeth Phillips in her octagon debut by a controversial split decision.
The match joins Liz Carmouche versus Lauren Murphy on the card. Both fights will air on Fox Sports 1 on April 4.
