Bec Rawlings and Alex Chambers See Separate Bouts in May


The UFC’s two Australian strawweights will fight in their home country on May 10.

Bec Rawlings and Alex Chambers will see separate opponents when the UFC hits Adelaide, South Australia. Rawlings will take on Korea’s Seo Hee Ham, while chambers will take on Kailin Curran.

Rawlings (5-4) lost in the opening round of the TUF 20 tournament to Tecia Torres. She lost to Heather Clark in her official UFC debut.

Ham (15-6) was on a six fight win streak before losing to Joanne Calderwood in her UFC debut. Ham is the former DEEP-JEWELS 106 pound champion.

Chambers (4-2) lost to Rose Namajunas in the TUF 20 tournament, and would lose her official UFC debut to Aisling Daly. Chambers had won back to back fights before entering the TUF 20 house.

Curran (3-1) suffered her first loss as a pro to Paige VanZant in her UFC debut. She has wins over Kaiyana Rain and Emi Tomimatsu.

Both fights will most likely stream on UFC Fight Pass.
