Video – Emily Corso Talks About First Pro Wins

Emily Corso has been waiting six months to make her pro debut. The wait paid off two fold.

After Ariel Beck’s opponent got a case of strep throat the day before the fight, Corso was offered to face the local star barring any injures against her first opponent Lynnell House. Never one to back down from a challenge, she agreed.

Even though the House match ended in some controversy, House was able to at least get some piece of mind with the submission over Beck.

Corso went 9-1 as an amateur and is now 2-0 as a pro. All her wins by finishes.

We talked to Corso after the fights to discuss the evening’s events and her future as a pro flyweight.
