Weekend Results

In a battle that stole the show in Queens, New York, Angela Hill got a split decision win over Ashley Nichols in a five round battle.

It was Hill’s aggression versus Nichols’s technical skill in the match, with both trading shots in the clinch throughout. The pace never slowed in the match with the hometown crowd heavily behind Hill.

In the end, the judges were split, with two siding with Hill. Hill remains undefeated, with Nichol receiving her first pro loss.

In action in Australia, Theresa Carter defeated Laurene Pumphangmuan by TKO round 2, and Carleigh Crawford defeated Juliana Rosa by TKO.

Look Peun Promotions announced their Warriors at War card in Red Hills, Australia will feature three mother and their daughters fighting on the same card.

The promotion didn’t announce what the matches were, but we do know those on the card include Karen Williams, Loryn Williams, Narelle Leahey, and Jen Cavinaugh.
